Winter Living Theology 2019 – ‘How to Live a Happy Life’

Each year the Jesuit Institute, in collaboration with the SACBC Bishops Lenten Appeal, host a Winter Living Theology series. The lectures are for clergy, religious and lay people who wish to deepen their faith. This year’s topic:
HOW TO LIVE A HAPPY LIFE. THE SPIRITUALITY AND PSYCHOLOGY OF WELL-BEING.
This 3-day course is the 2019 Winter Living Theology series hosted by the Jesuit Institute. It will be presented by Fr David Marcotte, Jesuit priest and clinical psychologist currently teaching at Fordham University in New York. Fr Marcotte will look at stress, burnout, depression, anxiety, compassion-fatigue, suicide and addiction. He will offer participants practical skills that will counter these and advance well-being.
